- Current Student Add/Change Program Application: Requires a letter of recommendation from a current NUNM faculty member.

In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), you may choose to waive or retain your right to view recommendation letters submitted on your behalf.
We strongly encourage applicants to waive this right. Doing so helps ensure that recommenders feel comfortable providing a candid and honest evaluation of your qualifications, which can enhance the strength and credibility of your application. Admissions committees may view letters as more trustworthy when submitted in confidence.
Waiver Statement: I understand that by waiving my right to review this recommendation, I will not be able to access this letter at any point during or after the application process. I also understand that NUNM does not require applicants to waive this right.

Important Note: During the WINTER 2026 quarter, there are only two programs offered and they are both ONLINE ONLY. These two programs are the Master's of Science in Nutrition - Clinical and Culinary tracks — completed wholly online.
Students wishing to apply for the Winter 2026 Master's of Science in Nutrition - Clinical or Culinary tracks should select the appropriate program above and the anticipated starting quarter will be Winter 2026.
All other programs begin exclusively in the Fall quarter.
